Warehouse127 is located in the Historic Public Market District at 120 Railroad Street; the revitalized neighborhood that is now home to some of the most creative businesses in Rochester.

Our original warehouse was located at #127 Railroad Street so the area already feels like home.  We’ve changed addresses, but brought along #127 as part of our name.

The light-filled showroom is in a restored grain warehouse with original exposed brick, beams and trusses, cement floors and transom windows. True to her design style, Kelli Berg preserved as much of the original character as possible. The restoration is a perfect backdrop to display some favorite finds of furniture, lighting, tabletop decor, candles and textiles.

Berg is drawn towards a luxe organic modern vibe where raw and refined sit side by side.  Her aesthetic combines California casualness with New York City chic.  Warehouse127 features layered neutrals and all things textural: 100% linen with rich leather, hand-thrown ceramics from Peru, beautiful petrified wood and raw-edged onyx. Our signature pieces create the foundation while finer details complete the overall look.

Our curated collection is refreshed frequently and items may be one-of-a-kind so stop in often.

Warehouse127 is a destination for individuals with discerning taste to acquire exceptional pieces for their home

Kelli Berg is the founder and creative behind Warehouse127. Her newest endeavor of Warehouse127 evolved naturally as an extension of Simply Beautiful Events, a luxury event design and planning firm established in 2001. As an event designer, Berg sources and locates  items that are reflective of her design aesthetic that complete the custom looks for her client’s events. When clients from past events started asking about purchasing some of these items for their own homes, Berg quickly realized that her creative sense in event design and décor rentals would now take a new path with a brick and mortar space that could house all aspects of her company under one roof.

After visiting many potential location, Berg ended back where she began - Railroad Street. A warehouse space with untapped potential that just needed her eye for design. Fast-forward through extensive restorations to bring her vision to life, Warehouse127 is open for business.

The welcoming and open warehouse was created to inspire. Each piece has been hand-selected and is very much an extension of Kelli’s signature style. Combining the old with the new and juxtaposing organic materials and textures with clean modern lines creates a warm and beautiful space with an effortless feel.

Railroad Street Remix

Railroad Street has undergone a recent transformation. Adjacent to the Public Market, this street is now home to apartments, breweries and distilleries and Warehouse127, offering a distinct point of view for design and interiors.

The light-filled showroom is in a restored grain warehouse with original exposed brick, beams and trusses, cement floors and transom windows. True to her design style, Kelli Berg preserved  as much of the building’s original character as possible and then updated it to give it a modern vibe. The restoration is a perfect setting to highlight fresh neutrals, furniture, interiors, candles, textiles and one of a kinds.

Kelli Berg, owner, “Railroad Street is the perfect location for us. We love being a part of the creative growth. You could spend an entire day here shopping, grabbing drinks and having  dinner with friends.”
